Zabeeha Farms is a Faith-Based organization that is registered as a CDFA licensed slaughterhouse. We are Muslim-owned and operated. We are the sole Zabeeha-Only Facility In Southern California . We do not process pigs nor non-Halal animals. All animals are slaughtered in accordance to strict Islamic guidelines, which includes Halal feed , Animal welfare, and hygienic/sanitary practices.

Alhumdulillah (All praise and thanks are due to Allah), we opened up for Islamic Slaughtering Services of Zabeeha in January of 2018. We are equipped with the state of the art custom made Zabeeha Box made for slaughtering cattle. We are able to slaughter cows, steer, bulls, and calves without stunning. We also slaughtering goats and lambs in a similar slaughter box. Lastly, we just added Live Chickens that are 100% vegetable fed, no hormones, and no antibiotics. Everything is manually slaughtered. We are constantly striving to better our operations and are open to adapt more efficient methods.

Zabeeha Farms strives to maintain the best methods of slaughter and processing in the industry. Come by and see for yourself. We Specialize in Zabeeha meats (meat for general consumption ), Qurbani/Udhiya (Annual Festival of Sacrifice), Sadaqa (Meat slaughtered to be given in Charity), Nathr (Slaughtering to fulfill an Oath), Aqeeqa (Slaughtering upon the birth of a Child) etc.

Zabeeha Farms also houses a Musallah (Prayer Room) within the facility that is open for the 5 daily prayers, allowing the Faithful to perform their Salah(Prayers) then resume slaughtering.

A word from the Founder

I began this project in 2014 when I first approached the County, seeking a permit to build our facility. The sole intention of the project was and is to help benefit the community, both Muslim and non-Muslim. Sadly, Zabeeha is becoming lost in the American Muslims lives. Most Muslims are ignorant about the Divine Laws pertaining to the various types of Slaughter in our beautiful faith. As Muslims, it is our utmost duty to know what Zabeeha is and to ensure that it is engrained in to the coming Muslim Generations. Similarly, non-Muslims are often unaware or misinformed about Zabeeha practices.

Islamic Slaughter is often portrayed as cruel and barbaric, yet Kosher isn’t even criticized, even though Zabeeha & Kosher share similar principles and practices. If we sincerely want to make a difference, we must invite our non-Muslims brethren to share in a Sunday BBQ with Zabeeha Steaks and Ribs at our local Masajids(Mosques/Islamic Centers). After all, what better way to get to know your neighbors than to have a meal together? With all the Islamophobia being promoted today, I believe that as a Muslim, it is our duty to educated our Great Nation of common misconceptions of Islam. And Zabeeha meat happens to be an excellent form of outreach.

By the grace and blessing of Allah, we were able to finish construction towards the end of 2017, get licensed in January of 2018 by the State of California, and obtained USDA inspection in 2021.
