Plain and short: what we collect, why, and how it is protected.
Your name, phone, and email so we can take and text you about your order. For a whole-animal slaughter we also record your street address — this is required by California for the CDFA custom-slaughter record. That is all.
Card payments are handled by Clover. We never see or store your full card number — Clover keeps it securely and gives us only a token to charge the exact weighed amount at pickup.
We do not sell or rent your name, number, or email, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing. Texts are transactional (order & pickup); reply STOP anytime to stop them.
Slaughter records are kept as long as CDFA requires. Ask us anytime to remove your marketing contact info.
