Cutting & wrapping is included in the price — no hidden fees. Halves and quarters come from the animal we slaughter for the store that week — you tell us your size preference, we match you to the closest. A whole animal is selected to your spec. Your price is set before slaughter (cutting & wrapping included). Your card is placed on a hold for that fixed amount — the charge is taken at pickup, and we confirm your animal and cut week shortly after booking.
